Each program is built around a different question a person asks on their way into healthcare,
and answers it with real people, not brochures.

A student-led, industry-supported program that helps students find where they fit in healthcare. MedPath doesn't replace school programs, it's the connective tissue between them and Nevada's health systems, through hospital tours, simulation labs, physician panels, mentorship, and specialty exploration.

Not a job fair. A workforce gateway that puts employers, colleges, financial aid, and training programs in one room with the people who need them — so the barriers between curiosity and a first healthcare job get named and removed on the spot.

Other efforts work to add residency slots. We work on why physicians stay. A monthly calendar of mixers, intramural sports, cultural outings, and wellness events builds the friendships and roots that turn a training assignment into a hometown.
